Hey everybody, I'm looking to start losing some extra pounds I put on and hopefully gain some muscle. I played sports all my life until college then I just stopped for obvious reasons, I'm currently 6 foot and 205.

I am willing to cut calorie intake, but I'd also like to work out. I would like something I can start at home and then hopefully in a couple months go to the gym with confidence. I've been looking at the P90X3 Ultimate package. Any input? Aside from the P90X3 what should I be getting outside of that, any pre-workout stuff?

I'd love to get some input over Skype or anything if possible.
