45 Days of Jillian (Buff by Christmas!)

Hi, everyone. Well, this is sort of abrupt, but yesterday I figured out we have 45 days until Christmas, and I have set up a little exercise challenge for myself and anyone who wants to join me on this. I'll start with 15 days of the 30 day shred ( 5 days of each level) and then do the 30-day slimdown challenge I did as a part of another group last month. I'm not really expecting anyone to join, but I thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone is interested. Here's how it will look:

Wed, Nov 10 - 30 Day Shred, Level 1

Thurs, Nov 11 - 30 Day Shred, Level 1

Fri, Nov 12 - 30 Day Shred, Level 1

Sat, Nov 13 - 30 Day Shred, Level 1

Sun, Nov 14 - 30 Day Shred, Level 1

Mon, Nov 15 - 30 Day Shred, Level 2

Tues, Nov 16 - 30 Day Shred, Level 2

Wed, Nov 17 - 30 Day Shred, Level 2

Thurs, Nov 18 - 30 Day Shred, Level 2

Fri, Nov 19 - 30 Day Shred, Level 2

Sat, Nov 20 - 30 Day Shred, Level 3

Sun, Nov 21 - 30 Day Shred, Level 3

Mon, Nov 22 - 30 Day Shred, Level 3

Tues, Nov 23 - 30 Day Shred, Level 3

Wed, Nov 24 - 30 Day Shred, Level 3

After this, we should probably have a rest day. If we are to do the complete challenge, there isn't any room for that, but I do understand that most people will want one, so feel free to rest and skip the level 1 for that day.

Well, that's it. If you've already got the 30-Day Shred, you can start it and you have a couple of weeks to get NMTZ and BFBM, and you can always replace NMTZ with Quick Trouble Zones, which, I am told, is NMTZ without the floor work. We can post weight/measurements if everyone's interested. I've been on holiday for a week, so I'm just going to use my last MFP weigh-in for my weight, until I do my official weigh-in this weekend, and I'll use my measurements from the last time my husband measured me, at the beginning of this month. I'll post my stats next.

    Starting Weight: 173 (well, that's where I was before we left for holiday, so close enough)

    Diet: Try to get my 5 a day, count calories, water water water!

    Current goal: Would love to be a healthy weight at Christmas.
