Ive been healthy eating the past few weeks and in the forst 2 weeks i managed to lose 10lbs. I have been doing exactly the same with my eating habits and exercising over the past two weeks and i have not lost anything. I seemed to have hit a wall and i dont know what to do....any suggestions? I exercise 3 to 4 times a week for an hour at a time. I attend Zumba classes which is a mixture hign intensity dance/aerobics.

This isn't a wall perse- it's your body adjusting to two weeks of rapid weight loss. 10 lbs in 2 weeks is a lot. Give yourself a week or two and try to adjust your mindset to a more moderate loss so that when you lose only 1-2 lbs in a week it will be an acheivement and not a disappointment

I agree, 10 pounds in 2 weeks is great...but not so much to your body and now it is fighting back because this isn't natural for it. Keep doing what you are doing, watch your salts and the types of food and i think you will see that wall tumble down. Check your measurements and how your clothes are fitting, those non-scale victories are great at times like this. I hit a wall for 2 months during the summer, it can be frustrating but don't give up! Think long term and picture yourself at the end goal. God bless!

A lot of that loss was most likely water weight. That comes off quick. and 10 pounds in 2 weeks is way too much! My scale hasn't moved but my clothes fit better so I'm not relying too much on those numbers. Also you are gaining muscle while losing fat. Muscle is heaver than fat. Don't worry about the numbers so much, just look in the mirror and be happy with what you see!
