I've been logging my food and exercise for three weeks now. The calorie counter at the bottom says if this was every day you'd weigh 170 # in 5 weeks. I've been eating well consistently but i've only lost 3 pounds. I've been doing p90x for the same amount of time and i work a very physical job. I should have lost more weight. Feeling pretty bummed

1 lb a week is excellent progress. Even at this pace you could be at goal in a year. Weight loss is also not linear so you very well could have a three pound drop looming on the horizon in the next coming week or two. Of course that also means you could also see a one lb gain but that's neither here nor there...

All that said, you may wish to read these posts to verify you're not eating more than you think to create the deficit you want. Though looking at your ticker, 1 lb per week could be an appropriate loss rate for you!
