I found this article very interesting, and it seems very true for me. For two weeks before I broke my running plateau, I could only run 1.8 miles because I remembered faltering at 1.6 miles. Read the article and you'll find out what I mean. :flowerforyou:

    You're welcome! I get a runner's email every week, and found this in my inbox. Very much needed, as I'm prepping for a 5K, and wanna be able to do a marathon in two year's time.
