Starting Again

It has been about 2 years since I first used "myfitnesspal" . I had lost some weight, but due to situations, I had neglected to take care of myself... So I am back again, the same goal in sight of losing half my body weight, which is about 120 lbs. Hope to have and give lots of encouragement along the way.

    You can do if you stay positive, I am starting again kind of after having another baby :D

    Congratulations on having the baby and also starting again too. I have always had this motto... We can never fail at whatever we attempt to do, as long as we keep trying. The point is "NEVER GIVE UP" :)
