So a friend of mine is having his birthday meal and I have already decided on either:

House Garden Salad - Boiled Egg, Tomato, Red Onion, Carrot, Cucumber, Smoked Vegetables, Leaves, Jack Cheese, Croutons and a choice of dressing (Poss Balsamic Vinegar)

Or

Bean Chilli Nachos - Bean Chilli, Nachos, Jalapenos, Chill con queso, Guac, Sour Cream and BBQ Sauce.

Now I know the salad might be healthier but the problem is there is no nutritional menu for any of the stuff they do here, I have even emailed asking and they have said no.

So my question is what would I do when logging this? I don't want to not log it as I am due on holiday in 2 weeks time and do not want to just have a 'cheat meal' etc :/,

    I think I would go with the salad and perhaps see if you could add some grilled chicken to it.....the salad itself wont be a problem..I just dont know how many cals in that dressing or the jack cheese....you may have to dissect it to the best of your ability...
