Haircut for a female cyclist?

Could anyone recommend an easy to maintain haircut for a bike helmet wearer? I have shoulder-length hair.

Pixie cut would mean none in the eyes when you're cycling.

If not game for a pixie cut, then long enough to put into a pony tail.
