Monday.. new goals!

I need to do this!.... I keep going over my calories for the day.. and it's not because I am hungry.. it's because I have a hard time controlling my sweet tooth! And to tell the truth, I keep telling myself it's ok because its a one time thing.... which turns into a once (or twice) a day thing! I am challenging myself to make a goal of 20 days straight without going over my food intake! Starting today I hope to stay within my goals and not go over.. This should definetly help with my weight loss stall. I have not gained any weight this month and have only lost around 1 pound but I am annoyed by my eating habits. I could've lost at least 5 pounds this month if I would've stayed on track

This is a great idea! I need to join you in this. I have a mouth full of sweet teeth and they get the better of me. I found making "healthy" versions of goodies helps A LOT but when I have nothing of the sort prepared I end up making poor choices. I'll try to meet the challenge with you!0

Yes alternatives are perfect for the sweet tooth... I was doing great for a few months and had a good loss, and then I started to relax and indulge more often than I should0

I too have new goals from today! I have re-calculated my calorie intake and have my mind in the game!
I lost 22lb originally but have slowly put around 5lb back on since xmas from greedy treats, birthdays and just because it's a bank holiday. I have decided that I don't like the look of the ticker sliding backwards so I have to do something about it.
I'm going to try the zigzag/cycling approach of having my calories for 2 days then increasing by 300 cals on day three. Heard it's meant to help with fat loss. If I want a treat and it's within my goals then fine but if not then bye bye Dimebar!
Good luck and feel free to add me if you want to keep tabs lol0 -

Those holidays and parties always throw me off track.. but usually for that day only.. and I end up the same weight as before ... it just takes longer for me to lose weight with all of those extra calories... I also encourage treats as long as I stay within my goals and don't spend all my calories on treats0 -
Well I used to be ok with logging food under my cals but then forget the bottle of wine or half a bar of yummy Cadburys Daim chocolate bar!!
I think I enjoy the feeling of losing 22lb more than silly 'oh go on then' demons! Feel all chunky now, just wanna lose another dress size.
Need to think " We've had our fun belly, now back to it..."0
