Grilled Chicken!

Grilled Chicken is the one healthy food that my husband and I both really like, but I'm at a loss for what else I can do with it besides chicken sandwiches or chicken salads. Any suggestions to help keep our grilled chicken love alive and interesting would be greatly appreciated. :glasses:

    What about quesadillas? My family loves making quesadillas with left over grilled chicken. Add some mushrooms, spinach, and low fat cheese and cook on the quesadilla or even fajita shells and enjoy. Low in calories and fat and very filling.

    You can use the grilled chicken to make tacos or stir fry it with some of your favorite vegeatables. :-)

    We marinade ours alot and then grill w/ a potato and salad on the side.

    Also, chicken ranch tacos are amazing and not bad on calories if you look up the recipe!
