Rate of weight gain?

I've been in recovery from anorexia since April, and in that time have gained about 7kg - I think I'm now at 43 kg, although I can't be certain as my scales at home are different from the doctors. Is this too fast? I'm learning to be accepting of my body and can just about manage the way it is, but I don't want to continue gaining much more, especially at this rate!
I haven't been doing this perfectly - have definitely had too many binge days but am learning to prevent these. I guess if you averaged out my intake since the beginning of April it would be somewhere between 2-3000 kcals daily, and I've recently discovered this amazing this called energy so I've been doing lots of cardio and weights too! But my appetite is mental and I don't think my current lifestyle is sustainable, this rapid gain is scary and I know that when I regain my independence I will be so tempted to relapse. Does anybody have any advice/experience of this?

you are binging because you aren't eating or weren't eating enough and your body was crying for fuel.
Your rapid rate gain is normal when you start to eat more due to water/glycogen weight. It will normalize as you continue to nourish your body0 -
When you starve your body it will store anything you eat at first as it goes into survival mode. When you reach a healthy BMI it should settle and you can maintain your weight.
If you feel self conscious I suggest light exercise to keep you toned. But not too much that you burn the energy your body needs
Be proud your on the way to recovery0
