Mile a day. Every day.

I joined an FB group called "Mile a day. Every day." and it has been so helpful in the last two weeks. I am on day 12 and have stuck with it. Some days I only get in a mile, other days I get in more. I love to walk outside and can get in an easy couple of miles in our local park. And when I'm walking on the treadmill at the Y, it's so easy to add some recumbent bike time after I walk on the treadmill, or weights, or whatever strikes my fancy that day.

I'm only on day 12, but that's the most days in a row that I've done some sort of intentional exercise. I usually only get in 2-3 days a week. So this is a huge for me!

Anyone else doing at least a mile a day, every day?
