well I'm new to this site, i thought i use it to help me keep track and make friends while I'm doing it. i was 235 just three months ago but now I'm 196 . i started this site because me and my husband wanted to keep track of my food that i was eating. I love food so much that i have cussed me to be over weight and now I'm on a long road to still lose more then i already have. I have an over eating issues and were working on a better me :0. All tho with weight loss comes with how much im anger i have towards what my body looks ,so i have add more Body-weight Cardio Workout and Butt and Abs Tabata Workout - Fat Blasting Cardio Interval to my daily routine. My goal is to be 126 and i hope to be there someday :).
