Does anyone have any feedback on the Acai berry? I see that it has not been tested for weight loss but there are so many sites selling the products with testimonials. I noticed the testimonials were the same, just the picture was different? If you have tried it and it worked, what kind did you buy and where did you buy it?
I saw one website which didn't sell the berries, but seemed to have a lot of good advice for what to look for. The ORAC rating and that it should be 100% organic etc.

It's just the latest internet fad. Over a year ago I tried it for like 6 weeks and noticed no real changes. Then I got smarter and altered my diet & exercise - that was the "secret" that worked for me.0

I haven't tried them but I do use Goji berry juice. I didn't lose weight when I started taking it, but my immune system drastically improved. I very rarely get sick anymore and if doesn't last long if I do. The high antioxidant value in some of these berries is supposed to boost your immune system and balance body acidity, which reduces cancer and disease risks. I know both acai and goji are high in antioxidants, but not sure which is higher.0
