Well I had a bit of a wobble this morning and not because I was running :P
Ive been working out with my girly dumbells for almost 2 weeks, i do 20 minutes in a morning before my cardio. When i first started losing weight 2 months ago it was dropping off me, mainly because im so overweight, but since ive added the toning workouts ive not lost anything in fact i may have put on 1lb.
I realise this isnt 'oh my goddess!' worthy but it didnt make me feel great.
Should I ditch the dumbells for a while and concentrate on my cardio or persevere and hopefully the scales will be different next week?
