Easy ways to burn calories doing nothing...

Seriously? Some of these are good but if you need the satisfaction of knowing you've burned calories enough to keep track of how long you play Monopoly........I just can't.

But anyways, I'm looking for some little quick calorie burning exercises that I can do in my office throughout the day. I have to be on my computer all day so something that doesn't require but a quick break would be great. Ideas?

Bathroom squats are great. You may be able to do wall pushups there too (desk push ups are better).

Under desk cycle........or better yet....eat at your desk and go for a brisk walk at lunch. Bring some shoes, baby wipes, deodorant.....add light handweights if you got 'em. Weights are great for a walk, they remind me to swing my arms.

I DO have hand weights at home that I don't use! I have completely forgotten about them. I should bring them to work.

i'm at a desk all day, too - but i work at home, so i have the freedom to do strange-looking things throughout the day without kicking my neighbor or getting whispered about by colleagues. ;)
