My mom made american chop suey the other night. She just makes it with ground beef, tomato sauce, and elbow pasta. I took about a cup of it to work with me today. All the recipes with calorie info that I'm finding have more ingredients than that. I didn't know if anyone makes it themselves with just those 3 ingredients and knows how many calories are in 1 cup. I like to be very particular about my calories and know exactly how much I'm eating. I've found some similar recipes on here and I can use the nutritional info if I have to, but I figured I would ask and see if anyone makes this themselves like my mom does so it would be a little more accurate? Thanks

1 cup is proly around 1.5-2 oz of pasta, 1-2 oz ground beef and 1/4 cup of the sauce. That might be a *little* over esitimation (that pasta serving, dry is about 3/4 c) but it should be pretty close.0
