I'll keep it short and sweet.

12 Weeks Progress:

- Zumba
- Gym Time
- Zombie Run 5 training challenge
- Various 30 day challenges
- Daily logging (food AND exercise)
- 1200 calorie diet & eating back about half my exercise calories (If I was hungry - I ate back more - I learned to listen to my body)
- DRINK WATER!!!!!!

Not huge results, but I'm pleased so far - this is just the tip of the ice berg!
