I need help!

So...I need help. I'm at my highest weight ever. I'm 5'4" and 184 pounds. I've tried so many diets, weight watchers, eating clean, etc. I tend to fail every single time. I have lost weight using MFP and counting calories, but I was restricting to 1200 calories/day and that is just not reasonable for me so after I got to my "goal" I binged and put all the weight back on. Recently I read Jackie Warner's book "This is Why You're Fat" and am trying to follow that plan. I did great for a week, lost about 5 pounds but fell off the wagon again. I don't know why I can't stick with anything. I try so hard to do everything "right" and get obsessed. Right now, I'm trying to not eat any added sugar, which goes along with Jackie's plan, but it is hard and then I get frustrated and binge. I wish I could just be reasonable and lose weight, but for me it is an all or nothing.

Weight loss plans that restrict foods I will be eating the rest of my life don't work for me. I've lost weight too, but never been able to keep it off.
Losing weight should not be the goal....SUSTAINABLE weight loss should be.
I won't stick to doing everything right......so my goal is to do MORE things right. Pick one or two permanent changes.....build from there. I too would binge on a zero added sugar diet. So, I eat sugar....but, small manageable portions. I expect to eat manageable portions after the weight is gone.0 -
