how many cal on Insanity workout?

Hi,

i'm 5'11, 220...right i'm on day 4 of insanity eating around 1300 cals. How many should i be eating?

    The Nutrition Guide will give you an equation to use to determine how many calories you eat. This equation is based off of your height, weight, age, and activity level. If you don't have a nutrition guide, google "Insanity Nutrition Guide", and click the first link (Should be a PDF file.) Read through it and around page 5 will be the equation.
