Amanda, New and a Pescatarian

Hello, my name is Amanda and I am new MyFitnessPal (even though my account may say that I have been here for about a month). I am a pescatarian, and I am ready to lose my last bit of weight, about 30 pounds. For most of my life, I have always been heavy set, and a few years ago, I used to weigh 250 pounds. I’m 5’5”, so I was rather round and very unhealthy at that weight.

Lately, I’ve been hitting a lot of plateaus that seem to last months, so I’m hoping that MyFitnessPal, along with the Fitbit zip that I’m purchasing tonight will help me overcome my current plateau of 175. Plateaus are always my down fall for weight loss, and so for the last few months I had actually given up on weight loss. Thankfully, I've been hanging around 175 with my weight, so at least I haven't gained any weight back! Any help with overcoming a plateau and keeping up the faith and dedication would be greatly appreciated!
