Hi,
My name is Chris and I am back here for the third time I decided to start a new profile so another email account!
I Still have the same issue which is to lose 3 stone in weight but 3 weeks ago that would of been 3 stone 7lbs, so I have managed to drop 7 lbs in two weeks. This has been done by stopping drinking alcohol and eating junk food, I am one of the biggest salad dodgers on the planet.
It is a shame I did not sign up as soon as I had decided to quit drinking for a while then I would have a bigger number on my avatar at the bottom.
Anyhow looking for friends so feel free to add me!
