They say you should be getting about 500 mg a day....its supposively proven to help brain function in fetus's....does anyone know what foods that are high in this honestly I am finding alot of junk food :(

  • It's in fish, liver, chicken, eggs, cauliflower (but in minute amounts), spinach, kidney beans, quinoa, grapefruit, brown rice, almonds, peanuts... lots of good stuff :)
