Running after Circuit Training?

Hi all. My routine each night includes 45 minutes to an hour of circuit training followed by a 60-70 minute run. I usually do the runs after because I read somewhere that it's better to do any kind of lifting before cardio so that the body isn't fatigued. However, I've noticed pros and cons to doing the runs last. Sometimes when I do them first, I'm warmed up so can go deeper in the circuits later. I don't want to get too rigid about it. What order would/do you do this type of workout in? Thanks.
