Is it proven that we are attracted to more fit and thin people? I look at the before and after photos on this site and universally I say the person is way more attractive in the after thinner photo. Although some did look quite good in their before photo. Not only fitter, thinner but also much younger.
The other phenomenon I have noticed is when walking downtown and I see a group of three girls or guys walking together, the person considered the most attractive is in the middle of the three. Like that person naturally gravitates to be the center of attention.
