Regarding the goals calculator,
I've asked about this several times so I'm sorry to ask again. I see how to up my protien, and net calories to consume. I have the goals set on manual. I need to change your diet profile, calories burned by normal activity, net calories consumed , your daily goal, your daily calorie deflect. I had thought you could change these anytime, as I've gone along I have just kept the difference in my head, that's too hard now, with the target numbers changing as I loose, and I think I've been making errors. I need the numbers correct numbers plugged in so that I can be accurate. I have no changes in fitness goals as I haven't started a fitness training yet. Has anyone else experienced this, if so what did you do? Am I right that you should be able to change this information, at least weekly?
I would so appreciate the help from others, my weight has changed and we have new goals to put in.

Use the MFP defaults. Do not change your goals every week—that's just plain crazy. MFP will recalculate for you every 10 lbs.: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
According to your ticker, you want to lose 15 lbs. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient. The smaller deficit will help you transfer to maintenance.
For good, basic "how-to" info, read the Sexypants post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants0 -
Thank you I do this, but am not able to change the numbers on the right, my fitness profile. Would you mind giving it a test trial and letting me know? Thank you again.0
