I've been absent for a while - I found that it didn't matter what I did, I wasn't losing weight. I've decided to try and be accountable anyway. It can't hurt to record my foods and exercise. If I don't lose, at least I know I'm trying to be healthy.

In the past, did you weigh your solids on a food scale and measure your liquids?
Did you then log everything everyday?
Did you find the right calorie goal for you to lose 1/2 to 1 pound per week?
