NSV!!!!!

Tonight my boyfriend and I got into a huge argument. Normally my go to thing was Sonic. I would binge on fried foods. Well i have been eating healthy (with a few small hiccups) for a little over a week. Tonight instead of fried food, i went to Walmart and bought some new work out clothes!!! Its the small things that make me realize this is all worth it!!!!!:happy:

    great, you are doing something good for yourself! I always want to stress eat also but it is so destructive and causes us so much pain. It is much better to problem solve than eat.

    Awesome! I find that new workout clothes are a great motivator...I immediately want to go put them on and USE them...and since exercise has a positive impact on mood, it's even more productive in your situation. Hope it all works out! :flowerforyou:

    Yes i did want to go put them on and use them ..But i had just got done with my work out right before the argument. lol Things did work out.
