Hi, Adam from TN.

I've gained a lot of weight since starting college despite a free gym membership. I guess the all-you-can-eat cafés, late night study session snacks, stress, etc. all took their toll.

I keep telling myself and everyone else that I'm going to start losing weight, currently at 240 and wanting to get to a toned 175.

I eat out of stress and boredom and am very self conscious (maybe the reason I don't go to the gym).

Hoping that with support from others wanting to be healthy and lose those pounds will keep me motivated!

Feel free to add me. I was once up to 250 but currently down to 208-205lbs. My advice to run 1 mile couple times a week until feeling comfortable to do more. That something that helped me since I was eating crazy but the running created a small calories deficit
