As I'm just starting my workout habit again, I'm taking it slow. I usually start on the ellipticals for about 30-35 minutes. LOVE the ellipticals because it takes all the pressure off my knees which can start to hurt pretty easily. Then I'll either do a walk on the treadmill at a higher incline or a cool down on a stationary bike. Being bigger all my life, my legs are pretty muscular as is so I'll change in some upper body strength training every other day or so!0

Tomorrow's my two-a-day! I'm waking up at 6 for my 10 mi run, then after work I'm going on a 5 mi run with a friend. Excited and scared at the same time...

My workout consists of taking my hand from my plate to my mouth, wresstling with an 18month old in the tub to take her a bath, standing infront of a hot stove making dinner, and a 20 minute jog on my treadmil.
Wait.... today is crock pot night cancle the stove***
you do realize cooking is listed under cardio. Do a search Its "Cooking and food preparation"
LOL. My snacking while I cook more than makes up for this "workout" :P0 -
Today I did 30 minutes of interval sprinting. 45 seconds of 9mph and then 75 seconds at 6mph. Rinse and repeat. I then jumped on a spin bike for 20 minutes not letting the rpm drop below 110. Not a barbaric workout by any means but still fun.0

mines quite boring but i dont have much choice because i have 4 monthold
i wake up and eat breakfast do 45 minutes of advanced wii fit . then 3x10 reps press ups. 3x10 reps calf raises. 3x10 reps squats and 2x10 reps lunges. then i clean the whole house for that extra burn. then ive got the whole day to do what i want, but sometimes i might do a little extra late in the day0 -
A kick *kitten* bootcamp!! We did burpees, jumprope, box jumps, pushups, situps, tricep dips, bicep curls, situps, superman. Then we went outside and did jog/sprints for about 10 minutes and came back in and did more of the above. I was exhausted the rest of the day!!0
