It's interesting to see one's calorie intake visually....amazing how quickly it adds up....
now if i can just cut out my Mountain Dew addiction, i could do alot better

So week 1 is a practice run, to see what my normal routine is like
(but i'm already making adjustments by drinking less soda - and that's a major change for me).
On the other hand - went to Denny's at day 2 - an 1100 Calorie meal (Yikes).
won't do that very often!!0
