Need help with polenta

I've recently purchased some dry polenta that you add water to on the hob. I've read that 50g dry weight is the recommended serving size but I'm having difficulty finding the nutritional values for it as I know is often mixed with cheese or butter. Does anyone know the calories for 50g dry weight?
