I just joined this website per the suggestion of one of my friends and so far it's really nifty! Having a reason to keep track of how many calories I eat a day and how much exercise I do really helps with my motivation. :)

I guess my main problem is staying motivated; no one else in the house watches what they eat, so it's hard to resist chips and cookies when everyone else is eating them. So if anyone has any tips for staying motivated despite what other people are eating, that would be wonderful!
