In need of friends

Hi everyone!
I'm a bit of a cereal dieter, going for it for a couple of months and then chilling for a couple, gaining weight back etc.
It's sad but fairly common tale.
I'm after anyone who'd willing be my friend on here so I'm held more accountable.
Alos I think I can learn a lot from you guys, share our experiences and finally find consistency!
I'm also too scared to weigh myself so with some support I'm sure I won't crumble and head to the biscuit tin haha!

Hi Kim,
I am exactly the same, I usually diet and go the gym for about a month then I go out with my friends and then I just loose site of it and start eating the wrong things again. i was also scared to weigh myself, I hadnt done it for about a year, then I found myself in my doctors office and he made me get on the scales so he could check my weight. I was a little upset but I saw it as motivation0 -

Hi Kim,
I can really relate! Try a high protein and fats diet...Lots of salmon, chicken, avocado, coconut oil and nuts. These foods help balance out blood sugar levels and help satiety. Feel free to add me :-))0
