Getting into the swing of things

About a year ago I was 31 pounds lighter than I am now! I got involved with a guy and quit working out! Then dated another one that cheated on me, so I turned to food and here I am 31 pounds heavier, and miserable! I do good for about 3 months, hit my plateau and quit exercising and go back to crappy eating!!!!!! I just joined curves and it feels great to work out in the morning!!!! So I have went 3 times this week and I am concentrating heavily on what I am eating! Hope this time lasts longer than 3 months!!!!

I had the same problem with exercise. Go full force for a 2 - 3 monthst and then stop. This has really helped me and I feel like since I'm actually tracking my work that I am actually doing something. Good luck and welcome!0
