Hello
I joined fitness pal to GAIN weight and wanted some tips for doing so
I currently weigh 8 stone 1 pounds and my height is 5 foot 6 inches
My goal is to weight between 9 - 9.5 stone
I know I have a long way to go but I am determined to not look like a skeleton the rest of my life!
Currently able to eat around 1800 calories a day (three meals plus snacks) and no exercises

The key to gaining weight in a healthy way is to eat above your deficit whilst keeping doing mild exercises to strengthen your muscle tone (lets face it, the aim is to feel and look great right.. that's most peoples goal).
