Rehydration ideas!

HI
I've noticed over the last couple of weeks that I've been really thirsty all the time, especially when I wake up in the morning. I'm pretty sure that Ive been drinking enough water and I also drink coconut water after a workout. I wonder if it is anything to do with my workouts as I do tend to push myself cardio-wise and with weights, five times a week. Does anyone do anything else to rehydrate after a workout (electrolyte drinks, anything like that?)
Thanks

Unless strength training, drink 1L (32 oz) of water for every hour your are exercising.
If you are exercising for more than 1 hour, drink 1 500mL (16 oz) bottle of water and 1 500mL (16 oz) bottle of sport drink (Gatorade, for example) every hour.
I would also consume at least 1 bottle of sport drink after working out, and don't forget your protein.
Aside from that, drink your 8 glasses of water 9pr tea, or coffee, or whatever) every day. The more, the merrier.0
