Protein - Dont think Im Getting Enough

I have recently given up dairy and meat most of the time. Protein wise im getting around 30-40g a day and MFP is saying I should have at least 60g but im struggling on topping this up and staying within calories.

If im not a body builder does it matter? Or will this stop me from losing weight? I did buy a protein powder but it tastes vile!
