rotator cuff tear ...bummer

have not been able to do my normal exercise routine ( weights, body pump, zumba ) due to shoulder issues. any advice on how to amp up cardio on treadmill or eliptical?

  • You can do interval training. Look up Fartleks and HIIT. I hope you feel better soon.
    Also, make sure you move your arm like your doctor/physio has instructed so that you don't experience adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder.
