Why don't these have a value on the App for calories burned?

you have to add strength training as cardio, the place where you input reps sets and weight is purely for tracking progress since it will take certain people longer to complete the routine and different weights/reps are harder for some than others0

Thanks for your reply.
That doesn't really work as I just tried to search/input "bicep curl" under cardio and it came back with "curling". "Bench press" came back with no results.0 -
They only have general cardio inputs. If you search "strength training" or "circuit training" then those will show up but not the specific workouts.0

Because strength training is not really efficient at burning calories. Just figure strength training in to you daily activity level when determining your calorie goal.0

use the calisthenics entry under cardio- there should be a light moderate and heavy.0

That's because of the difference in cals burned from one person to the next while lifting weights. Not all training sessions are comparable.0
