Not new but back at it

First time introducing myself but i am not a new member but I havent been on in awhile. I started again last Monday (Nov 1st) and have lost 7.5 lbs since then. I left this last I a platueau at 190 and couldnt get past it so I gave up.
If you have any tips for me they would be appreciated. I am currently 190 5'10'' looking to be around the 175 area. I work out daily (3 times/day @ 25 min each time) and I limit myself to 1350 calories a day which i never hit as I have been eating a lot of salad, soup, chciken and fish. Im usually around 900 calories a day so i am technically burning off what I eat.
