    Something else to keep in mind is that it will be harder for people that see us on a daily basis to see the change.

    If you can't notice it on yourself, take progress pictures. I kept looking in the mirror wondering when I was going to start seeing a change in my face. When I took a picture of myself and put it side by side with a picture taken before I started losing I was surprised to see a drastic difference.

    I've lost 60 over the past year and only one person has mentioned it. I did have 5 people (in the last 2 weeks) ask if I got new glasses though - lol.

    I can't believe no one noticed 60lbs gone from your body! Wow. Good for you, though :)

    Congratulations on your weight loss. I bet people have noticed (they always do!) and likely have just not said anything. As some of the others have posted, many people are uncomfortable commenting on weight loss. You know how far you've come and this is what matters most.
