    WOW!!!! 14% of body wieght. That is 28 pounds for an average 200 pound man. OUCH, no jogging for that guy!!!!! Just sayin!

    BTW, did you read the other studies at the very bottom of the page? Why are there studies like this? Looks like they need to raise college tuition rates again for new studies like these. AWESOME!!!!
