Hi there,
after being overweight for the last 8 years I have had an awakening moment. Ive just turned 40 and dont want to spend the rest of my life feeling and looking awful. Ive never set foot in a gym and have tried various diets but never stick to them, always been a half hearted attempt to be honest. Well, im really motivated and have lost 13 pounds this last month by using slimming world. Today I have started logging food onto here aswell. My goal is to shrd the fat and build muscle. I want to look like caitlin rice, lol, I know its gonna be hard work, but I believe I can do it. Anyone got any tips? Should I concentrate on losing the fat and then lift? Or start lifting now? Im sticking to 1200 cals per day, is this right? I am 211 lbs Any help appreciated, thanks
