In need of motivation please !

I'm new (again) to the site, having not used it consistently for months now. I managed to get down to my ideal weight last year and kept it off until Winter, then gained a load back. I have still been going to the gym and that's not the hard part for me as I really enjoy it. My food intake goes well for a few days but then I get bored and start eating junk again or thinking that a few biscuits/cakes/choc bars won't hurt and end up back to square one !

Looking for new like-minded fitness orientated people to bounce ideas off and get some much needed support and motivation.
