Hey all! Thanks to some encouragement from a co-worker I've started working out at the local YMCA 4 nights a week and because of that, I got back on MFP. I lost 40 pounds before I got pregnant with my daughter 2 years ago, and now I'm desperate to lose the baby weight and continue to my correct weight. The baby is 15 months now and I'm having a hard time keeping up with her activity level
The problem I have is I get lazy with things. When I'm tired, I reach for whatever and then don't log it out of guilt. I need friends so I can stay committed to MFP like I was in the past. Please add me to keep me encouraged!! Thank you!!
