Getting healthy weight

I'm 5'2, a teen girl at only 92 pounds. I am trying to gain weight and also get toned. My muscle mass started out lower than my body fat. I do blogilates and strength train. When I used to log my calories (I stopped recently) I was only reaching 1000 at most. Now, I'm not sure how much I am eating, but around how much should I be? I don't want to gain visible fat, as I am reaching a lean body. Any advice would help! Also, what are some suggestions to getting a muscular, lean, and toned body? Thanks!

You should monitor your food and shoot for maintance calories and make sure you eat plenty of protein to gain muscles, continye the strength training.

Bulk to build muscle, cut to reveal said muscle. You need to bulk, get comfortable with the fact that this means adding some fat with the muscle, and then after a nice long bulk, cut, and you'll be lean. If you're afraid of putting on fat, and only eat 1K daily then you need to see a specialist because you have a pretty poor relationship with food.
