Low Cal Zuchini Lasagna (under 300cal/serving)

Hi Guys and Gals

I though I would share this recipe I found online. I tried it and made my own tweaks based on what I had available. It tastes great and I didn't miss the pasta.

Substitutes I made to the recipe:

1. Tomato Paste: I used about 2-3 table spoons paprika instead to give it the red color.
2. Cottage cheese: I didn't have any so I used 1 extra egg and exactly 2 tbsps of Kraft's grated parmesan cheese.
3. Water: Since I didn't use the cottage cheese I used 2 tablespoons of Low fat evaporated milk.
4. 1 tsp flour - I didn't use this since the paprika and egg would have provided some binding elements.
