Returning to MFP for a cut whilst lifting weights :)

Hi people I was very active on MFP until October last year and successfully lost 82lbs going from 252lbs to 170lbs in just under 1 year.

I acheived this using the magic diet and exercise formula and owe my success mainly to MFP and some very awesome and inspirational people that I met on this site .

Over the last year I have been lifting weights whilst on a bulk and gained 20 lbs that I would like to lose now whilst retaining as much lean body mass as possible.

Im not sure how much of the gain was muscle but I have grown and made some nice strength progress so would like to think it is 50/50

Anybody want to be friends on here with similar goals ?
