Sprained my Ankle!! UGH..

Hey everyone! So i started Myfitnesspal last week and I've been doing so incredibly well and have lost 3lbs. I was doing well with my exercise routine, eating right, etc. And the other day my Fiancé and I went running and my foot slid into a pot hold and i sprained my ankle. So ever since then I've been very inactive. Does anyone have any advice??
